What ships here is just the wiring for your bike. The electronics come separately, that's GIpro DS-Series G2 Display Unit Only, unless you already have one.
If you're not sure which part number fits your bike, the fitment search bar above will find it for you. Just enter your Make, Model, and Year.
Q&A
Does this listing include the control unit?
No, this is just the bike-specific harness. You'll need the unit itself, sold separately, or already own one.
Why isn't my bike on the compatible models list?
The DS-series reads gear position through your bike's diagnostic port, so it only works on bikes that actually have one. Most manufacturers didn't add that connector until around 2003. If your bike predates that, the GIpro X-type is the version to get instead.
What's the difference between the DS and the X-type?
Same size display, same colors, different method. The DS reads your bike's diagnostic system directly. The X-type works on any bike with a 4, 5, or 6 speed gearbox by reading speed and RPM instead, so it fits more bikes but the DS install is quicker where it's supported.
What does the install actually involve?
On most bikes it's one plug, usually under the seat, plus routing the cable and sticking the display to the dash with the supplied pads. A few bikes need one extra wire tapped into a switched power lead.
